Day of the Dead: Connect with Spirit

Connect to your passed loved ones on this special day. Day of the Dead is a time when the veil between the realms of the living and dead is thin. Allow Shaman to help you connect with those you have lost. They are still VERY vocal and have much to say! She will be leading you all in a sound bath healing meditation.

Please bring your own cushion or yoga mat. You will be seated on a wooden floor for up to 45 mins or more.

Dress code: Please come dressed comfortably as you will be seated on the floor. Please avoid wearing any metals if possible. You will be required to remove your shoes as well.
