How To Realign Your Chakras

Join Shaman as she leads you in an energy healing guided meditation. She will be using singing bowls and music to create a healing vibration as she helps you get in balance with your chakras.

Dress code: yoga or workout clothes. Strive for comfort since you will be seated on the floor. Remove all metals. You will be asked to remove your shoes. ***No Bathroom***
