About the event
Let's start 2022 with first learning how to love ourselves! Self-love is the first step in changing your life and living your purpose. Let's make 2022 the year we start living with self-love, self-worth, and self-confidence!
She will be using her crystal singing bowls as she leads you in various phases of the meditation. If you have never meditated before, don't worry! You will still be able to connect because the method that Shaman teaches for meditation is universal.
Dress Code: Come dress very comfortably with no metal on please. If you have piercings that is fine you can leave them in if you cannot remove them. Metal causes static as Shaman is moving the energy within you. You will be seated on the floor so you are welcome to bring your yoga mats and/or something comfy to sit on. We will have some cushions for you as well.
