What is Meditation?

Life Purpose Shaman, a powerful intuitive healer who has traveled the world studying with gurus and shamans from all backgrounds and cultures. During this class Shaman will be teaching you the core meaning and energy at the center of meditation. She will be using her crystal singing bowls as she leads you in various phases of the meditation. If you have never meditated before, don't worry! You will still be able to connect because the method that Shaman teaches for meditation is universal.

Dress Code: Come dress very comfortably with no metal on please. If you have piercings that is fine you can leave them in if you cannot remove them. Metal causes static as Shaman is moving the energy within you. You will be seated on the floor so you are welcome to bring your yoga mats and/or something comfy to sit on.
